Vintage 2017

Introducing Vintage 2017.  Our Vintage Cider started life in Autumn 2017, created using a blend of Cider apples, pressed and left in our Cider house to mature for 7 years. It has true vintage status.  Dark orange almost brown haze in colour, smells of autumn, of crushed apples. This Cider has a rich mouth filling flavour full of dense apple flavours and tannins.  Bottle conditioned to give us that slight fizz. We think it’s wonderful.  With only 400 bottles available this Cider is VERY limited edition and will be exclusively available on our website only! We expect this to fly out so grab yours before it’s too late!
