Royal Berkshire

Another Berkshire celebration. First made to celebrate the wedding of Catherine Middleton to Prince William. Although we've made a few more batches since then. A natural looking, pleasingly cloudy, bright gold Cider with a fairly apply nose. There is a lot going on. There is plenty of apple, some farmyard, herbaceous notes and hedgerow. This is very complex and being medium, the sweetness can hold them all. There is quite a lot of tannin on the finish. Balanced and rounded, delivering a satisfying flavour. A two Star Great Taste winner. Bottles are naturally carbonated due to conditioning. Bag in box is still. ABV: 7%
