Applejack is an Ice Cider. We put a drum of Cider in a freezer and the frozen water separates leaving us with a 19.5% ABV dark intense and dry apple drink. Treat it like a brandy or an aperitif. It's a good base for some cocktails. Available in 500ml bottles only. ABV: 19.5%
