*Although on the labels of these two products it says
filtered and carbonated, but they are not, and future labels will be amended. They
are in fact bottle conditioned, this is done by adding a small amount of sugar
solution before bottling.
All the above are in 500ml bottles except the single variety which is in 275ml bottles.
All except the single variety is available in 3, 5, 10 and 20 litre bag in box, 9 gallon non-pressuirized kegs (for pub hand pumps) and 5 gallon returnable barrels. (The barrels are mainly for festivals)
All of our ciders and Perry are 100% full juice apart from the Repress, and none of our products are pasteurised! All of our products comply with CAMRA definition of REAL Cider and Perry.
